Since March 1st 2009, the shop "Confetti" belonging to "Madame Bonbon" has been run by Claire Bruant, who is well-known by many in Bize having met her in the Bize town hall, where she worked for three years as a secretary.
Claire had already been a retailer. Taking on this shop in Bize gave her the opportunity to change her life and to return to her first love.

In her new shop, she has taken to the change in life and has thrown herself into it with all her heart. As well as a large choice of sweets and confectionery, drinks and ice creams, which bring a little happiness to children and older people, Claire offers today a collection of costume jewellery, sugared almonds, and also snacks during the summer season.
The range of gifts has also been expanded with a wide variety to choose from and always at low prices. In the autumn, Claire is going to introduce quality biscuits for sale, along with macaroons, navettes (a cylindrical sweet pastry from Marseille), and quality chocolates - a first in Bize, which should make gourmets happy!
