Jean-Claude Pelofi, a producer in Bize-Minervois, produces wine from grapes on vines situated on the slopes of Ginestas and Bize: a production, which is mostly AOC, notably the Costebelle blend from Château Le Vergel, Claire (a blend of Grenache and Syrah), as well as Tradition (a red), selected by the magazine Terre de vins, Saveurs des terroirs du Sud, with the score of 15/20.
