The town council of Bize-Minervois

Elected to the council: Philippe Assié, David Bandinelli, Jean-Paul Baudié, Marie Binisti, Pascal Desjeans, Alain Fabre, Lydie Faure, Daniel Lafon, Daniel Le Dantec, Véronique Mary-Fernandez, Véronique Peyras-Mary, Jacqueline Poincet, Patrick Resplandy, Pierre Rieux and Raymond Vié.

With this election, the previous term was brought to an end, and the new term started, which will last until 2014. The newly elected team is already putting in place the town committees and the allocation of the different responsibilities and functions, which are preliminary to delivering the programme for a successful future in Bize.

Mayor Alain Fabre announced the next election of the delegates of the town council in the commune and inter-commune structures: "We will conduct ourselves as in the past in total transparency and continue to communicate via the medium of the Town Information Report (BIM) or at public meetings, when the importance of the issue justifies it.
Very many of you have voted for our objectives to deliver a successful future for Bize-Minervois. We must be aware that success will only be completely possible, if we can reach agreement between the 12 communes of our community area. Let's stick together, keep our spirits up, meet up with each other, and, above all, reject selfishness and contempt. Long live our beloved village: Bize-Minervois!"
