Nathalie Ballester is a fashion advisor in Bize-Minervois. She has developed a business at home, which consists of promoting the collections of Georges Franck Paris, the leader in France in ready to wear for men and women, sold directly at home, specialising in fashion since 1978.

Mrs Ballester organises "open house" shows at her home, with no obligation to buy, as well as, twice per year, a high value fashion show in the village hall, using Bize models.

At the fashion shows, the "Spring-Summer" and "Autumn-Winter" collections of Georges Franck, everyone can recognise the Bize-Minervois people, who present the fashion clothes "live".
